Terms of Service

Tovrik (“we”) designs, builds and hosts websites for independent businesses. Onboarding is concierge: our staff build the site for you, and you review it before it goes live.

We also offer optional monthly services, sold as three tiers, each including the one below it — Front Desk, Growth and Local SEO, listed with their current scope on our pricing page. Between them they cover: texting back missed calls, requesting and answering reviews, online booking with reminders, managing your Google Business Profile and other listings, writing pages for your site, placing local links, and tracking where you appear in search. We provide these using our own tools and third-party service providers. Advertising management is an optional add-on; you pay the advertising platform directly and we take no share of that spend.

By subscribing to Tovrik, you agree to these terms.

Subscriptions are billed monthly and cancel any month. Front Desk, Growth and Local SEO are billed monthly too, with a Tovrik site or the website you already have, and can be added, moved up or dropped any month. A one-time setup fee applies: $499 when we build your site, or $199 when you keep your current website and add a service. Billing starts the day your number is live.

Thirty Days, Money Back applies to the Website plan, and your first month of any service. Tell us within thirty days of your first payment and you have a choice: everything you have paid — the Website fee and the one-time setup fee — comes back and the site comes down, or you keep the site live on your plan and we refund that month.

A full refund returns only what you gave us: your own text, images, menus and photos. The site itself stays on Tovrik’s platform.

Ninety-Day Movement, Money Back applies to Growth and Local SEO. We scan your rank map on day one, inside your opening hours, and repeat it on the same grid, the same searches and the same weekday and time of day every month after; if the day-90 scan looks anomalous we average three scans taken in the same hour.

The test is whether the day-90 scan shows more green pins, or a better average position, on the searches we track. Claim it between day 90 and day 100, once per client: we refund every Growth or Local SEO fee you paid in those ninety days, and the subscription then ends. It is conditional on your three things — approve the week’s posts when we send them, reply within a week when we ask you about a review, and keep your hours, photos and services current when we ask.

Not covered: the website plan, setup, the advertising fee, advertising spend, and any month after the first ninety days.

You can cancel any month. There are no long-term contracts. When you cancel, your site stays live for thirty days and then comes down; your content is exported to you at no charge, and your domain transfers to you at cost.

Yours, always: your Google Business Profile, reviews and other listings, which you own and we manage; your customer list and inbox contacts, exportable at any time; and everything you give us — your text, images, menus and photos. We host and display those only to run your site. Your domain is yours too, and transfers to you at cost when you leave.

Ours, and licensed to you while you subscribe: the website’s design, template and code, which run on Tovrik’s platform and are not sold or transferred; and the pages, posts and articles we write for you, which stay live on your site while you subscribe. After a normal cancellation the text and photos of that work are exported to you at no charge.

A refund ends that license. Pages and posts produced in a refunded period come down and are not exported.

Do not use Tovrik for unlawful content or to send spam. We may suspend accounts that do.

Tovrik Technologies LLC operates an SMS program for customers and prospective customers who opt in. Message use cases include transactional messages (demo scheduling, appointment confirmations and updates, and replies to your inquiries) and, with separate consent, marketing and promotional messages. Consent to receive messages is never a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time: text STOP to cancel and you will receive no further messages. Text HELP for help, or contact us at sales@tovrik.com or (903) 494-6827. You must be 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your state) to opt in to receive text messages.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The service is provided “as is.” Our total liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated terms on this page with a new effective date.
