Privacy Policy

This policy covers tovrik.com, the website you are reading; data inside the platform we run for our customers is described under “The customer platform” below. We collect the personal information you voluntarily provide through our demo and contact forms: your name, your contact details (email address and phone number), your business type, and the message you write. Alongside a form you send us, we also record which page of this site you arrived on and any campaign tags carried in its web address, so we can see which sources bring us enquiries — information about the visit, not about you. We do not collect any other personal information, and we never collect phone numbers from any source other than you.

We use the personal information and data we collect to respond to your inquiry, schedule and confirm your demo, provide customer service, and — only if you opt in — send the text messages described below. We never sell your personal information or data. Where you allow advertising, we do share limited information for cross-context behavioral advertising — see “Advertising and measurement” below, including how to stop it.

You can opt in to receive text messages from Tovrik Technologies LLC through explicit, optional consent checkboxes on our forms — one for transactional messages (demo scheduling and appointment updates) and a separate one for marketing messages. SMS consent is never required to use our forms or services. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the SMS delivery providers we use solely to send the messages you asked for.

We share your information only with the service providers that run this site. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, and our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes technical signals per Cloudflare’s own privacy policy. If you become a customer, we also use customer-relationship and messaging service providers to run your account and deliver the messages you asked for.

Phone numbers and SMS consent are shared only as described under “SMS opt-in and text messaging” above — never for marketing.

Where you allow advertising, an advertising platform also receives the limited information described under “Advertising and measurement” below. No one else receives it.

The only cookie this website needs to function is a security one: our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which sets a cookie solely to verify you are human.

Our own analytics is first-party and cookieless — we count visits using a server-side hash of your IP address and browser, and it runs only after you allow analytics. We use no third-party analytics service on this site. The arrival page and campaign tags described above are kept the same way — in your browser’s own session storage, for that browsing session only, with no cookie and nothing shared with anyone else.

Advertising is a separate choice, asked for separately, and it is described under “Advertising and measurement” below. Allowing one never allows the other, your two answers are stored separately, and neither is stored or acted on when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. You can change either answer at any time from “Your Privacy Choices” at the bottom of any page.

This site uses advertising technology provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. under an account we hold directly with that provider. Where you allow it, that provider sets its own cookies and identifiers in your browser to recognise a returning visit and to match an advertisement to an enquiry, and receives your IP address, device and browser information, the pages you view, and — if you send us an enquiry — a hashed (irreversible) form of your email address, so we can measure which advertisements produce enquiries. We never send a phone number, hashed or otherwise, to an advertising platform.

Under California law this is a “share” for cross-context behavioral advertising, and it is disclosed as one. It is a separate choice from analytics: outside the United States it loads only if you allow advertising specifically, and in the United States it is on by default with the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” control available on every visit. It never loads when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, and you can stop it at any time using that control.

The provider processes that data under its own privacy policy, which can include transfers to the United States, and retains it under that policy, which we do not control.

Security measures we use to protect your data include TLS encryption on every connection, storage on Cloudflare infrastructure, secrets kept in encrypted storage, and least-privilege internal access — staff only get the access their work requires. Where a customer’s site takes a payment, the customer-platform section below says who processes it.

Sites we build for our customers hold their end-customers’ enquiries, bookings and messages. Where a customer’s site takes a payment, Stripe processes it. Each business’s customer data belongs to that business. Where a business subscribes to our optional monthly services, the contacts, messages, and reviews those services collect belong to that business too — they stay theirs, they export, and they leave with them.
