Your three things: approve the week’s posts when we send them, reply within a week when we ask you about a review, and keep your hours, photos and services current when we ask.
Ninety-Day Movement, Money Back applies to Growth and Local SEO. Baseline: a rank-map scan on day one, inside your opening hours — the same grid, the same searches, the same weekday and time of day, every month after; if the day-90 scan looks anomalous we average three scans taken in the same hour. Test: the day-90 scan shows more green pins or a better average position on the searches we track. Claim: between day 90 and day 100, once per client — one refund of every Growth or Local SEO fee paid in those ninety days, then cancellation. Not covered: the website plan, setup, the ads fee, ad spend, and any month after the first ninety days. A refund ends the license: pages and posts produced in the refunded period come down and nothing is exported. Thirty Days, Money Back applies to the Website plan and to the first month of any service: a full refund takes the site down and returns only what you gave us; keeping the site means it stays live on Tovrik under your plan. Domains are registered by Tovrik and transfer to you at cost.

How fast will I be live?
Within 14 days of your content call. Once we have your basics — name, menu, photos if you have them — the site goes live on your own domain.
What does the monthly fee include?
Hosting, security, and every platform update — plus unlimited small edits done for you: new hours, a price change, a photo swap, a seasonal item. You get real response times from a person, not a ticket queue. And your content is yours: if you ever leave, it exports with you.
I already have a website. Can I keep it?
Yes. Front Desk, Growth and Local SEO work with any website: the “Text us” button is a plain link, and the missed-call texts, review requests, and Google profile work never touch your site. With Growth or Local SEO, the monthly page or article is written for you and published on your site wherever we can log in — or sent to you to post if we can’t. Setup is $199 one-time when you keep your current site. If you’d rather upgrade the whole thing, we’ll rebuild you on Tovrik Sites and move your domain over — nothing goes dark in between.
